Welcome back to Day 2 of the #GrowYourInsta challenge! Yesterday was all about optimizing your photos since Instagram is a visual platform, but….
your captions are almost as important as your photos.
High quality photos are great, but a photo can only do so much. They can’t tell the whole story, or what was going on behind the scenes of the photo.
But don’t worry if you get IG-writer’s block. This lesson is going to help quickly craft engaging captions that won’t take all morning to write (<<< who else is guilty of this?)
Here’s how to create captions that connect and grow your audience:
If you're having trouble thinking of ideas, aim to make your captions fall under 1 of 4 content categories:
- Educational
- Inspirational
- Motivational
- Behind the scenes

Captions are where you CONNECT with your audience.
They are where you tell your story, your perspective, and your opinions. They are also where you are able to ATTRACT or REPEL (<< this is actually a GOOD thing, and i’ll tell you why in today's live stream)
