2022 Take-aways as I Reflect on the Year

*Some of this blog is an excerpt from my podcast - Wealthy, Worthy and Wild. You can listen to the full episode, here.

It’s been awhile since we talked 1-to-1 - so today I figured I’d give you the rundown of everything that's been going on since May - because *a lot* has happened.

I'm going to go over so many different things - online courses (of course) that's what my whole business is about! But I also we'll get into some more personal stuff - some travel related stuff, a lot of the questions that I've gotten - plus, I recently bought a house - which is crazy. So I'll tell you guys a little bit about that too!

So income updates - May was a huuuuge month for Rebelle Nutrition - and I say literally a huge month… in terms of revenue. It was the biggest revenue month we've ever had. It was $650,000 in one month - which honestly, is still mind blowing to say. We had a big launch of my OCA® bundle. Plus - there were just like good vibes all around in May. When I look back - I'm like, yeah, I could definitely see how that was the biggest month ever.

After that big launch in May, I was really kind of burnt out. I needed something different. I was tired of waking up every day and working and doing the exact same thing every. single. day. So Erik and I decided at the very last minute that we were going to travel for two months straight in June and July. So we booked a European vacation (from June 7 to August 7). *But luckily we got into some of literally the most amazing hotels, PLUS my assistant Sammy (@dreamweavingsam on Instagram) was able to watch the house the full time we were away.

We went all over Europe - we started in France and then we went to the south of France, Italy, Tuscany, Venice, Tuscany, Ravello, and the Amalfi Coast.

But after a while of traveling - I really craved home, snuggling my dogs, my bed and Whole Foods. So we actually ended up cutting the trip about a week short.

If you're interested and you want to see like the visual of what I'm talking about, definitely go to my YouTube channel, (I’ll link that below) because I vlogged the whole the whole thing, I think I made a video vlog for basically every country that we visited.

Now about my *new* house!!!

As soon as we got home we got home in August we immediately got COVID. Luckily, it wasn't bad. After we both felt better from COVID we started really seriously house hunting. So we've been looking for houses now in LA for probably like two years. And I've just never really found anything that I absolutely loved. I mean, of course, I found things that I loved that were like $10 million. But for like the price range that I was looking at, I just never really found anything like that I was super interested in or the house was really old, or it needed a lot of updates.

Funny enough, we found the perfect house. In the perfect location, everything.

Of course - I wanted to have a pool and I wanted to have a big yard. I wanted to have space outside. And that's what we found. It's four bedrooms and five bathrooms in the main house and has an ADU too.

Okay, so now that I've told you basically the highlight reel of my entire year, I'm gonna just kind of like balance it out a little bit with some other things that have been going on - that I don't necessarily share a lot about on Instagram. I think it's really just an interesting place for me to be in. And anyone who's a content creator, I'm sure can can relate to this.

Let's say I'm having a bad day, or I'm just feeling like shit, or I'm just having one of those days where I'm like, “oh my god, like, can I even do this anymore?” I'm like questioning my ability to be an entrepreneur… I don't necessarily want to be on video. So I think sometimes it may can come off as though you know, I'm only talking about the good, or I'm only showing the highlight reel of my life on Instagram. It's not from a place of like deception - it's more a boundary that I have.

I say all of that to tell you there have been some extreme highs and lows to my 2022. All of it served a lesson - just as I hope your 2022 was for you.

In case you are interested in what’s around the corner for Rebelle Nutrition - well, we are bringing forward a new membership model for OCA® students and I cannot wait for you all to see what that entails.  If you are craving more hands on support, community and more - that membership may be exactly what you are needing.

So what is on my vision-board for next year?

- more travels

- more fluidity in my business

- my home is fully furnished and kitchen remodeled to exactly what I desire

- A dog nanny (lol). Let me know if you know someone in LA!

- consistent $200K months

- 30K subs on Youtube

- 200K on IG

- 500K on TikTok

- more freedom and less stress (as always)

And in case you’re like “Amie, how on earth can I manifest like you?” Here are some of my manifestation tips:

  • Law of assumption (feel the energy or what it will feel like to achieve X, so you are setting the achieving of X in motion)

  • Of course, vision boarding -> I suggest doing the old fashioned way

  • Doing more of what you love (when you feel good, it impacts every aspect of your life)

Alright friends - I hope this was an interesting read, inspired some reflection for your 2022 and also gave some actionable steps for you to manifest your dream 2023.

Xo,

Amie
